Bill has been married to the lovely and talented Anne Marie since 1981, with whom he has six adult Christian children and thirteen grandchildren, and was saved while serving as lieutenant in the Marine Corps in 1983. In order to pursue full-time ministry, Bill retired from his career as a criminal investigator in the US Justice Department and enrolled in The Masters Seminary where he graduated with an MDiv in 2008. During his time at TMS, he and Anne served as deacon and deaconess, respectively, at Grace Community Church in Sun Valley, CA. Bill’s extensive ministry experience includes: chaplaincies in the US Navy as well as numerous law enforcement departments in Florida, California, and Arizona; director of a military missions discipleship center in Florida; a senior pastorate in Montebello, CA; eldership for several years at a reformed church in Flagstaff, AZ; and constant involvement in local church ministry of all kinds from the beginning of his life in Christ. In 2023, Bill and Anne moved to the Prescott area and have been attending FFBC ever since.
