Paul Phillips has been an elder and the Senior Pastor of Pleasant Valley Bible Church in Camarillo, CA since November 1, 2001, prior to which he pastored and planted churches in Florida and California. Paul has a BA degree in philosophy from the University of Southern California, as well as MDiv and ThM degrees from The Master’s Seminary. He is also a former staff pastor at Grace Community Church in Sun Valley, CA, where he was ordained under the ministry of Pastor John MacArthur. Paul has been married to his best friend Donna since 1988, and they have nine children and an ever-growing number of grandchildren.
