An Introduction to Job, Part 1: A Brief Survey

When it comes to belief in God, suffering is humanity's greatest stumbling for humanity. How do we explain evil—both the evil in man, and the evil that occurs in the natural course of life and the world so inexplicably? If God is good, why is there so much misery in the world? How could a good God allow suffering? Or, as it has famously been asked, 'why do bad things happen to good people?'
