Raised for Our Justification

Abraham serves as the prime example of justification by faith and, like a good expositor of Scripture, the Apostle Paul wraps up his Scripturally-based illustration with application to his readers. The point that he has drawn out of the statement about Abraham in Genesis 15:6 is that we, too can be justified, or declared righteous before God because Jesus not only died for the sins of all who will put their faith in Him, but He raised from the dead, conquering sin and death and hell forever.
